We can’t praise Ben and the team highly enough.

We have a 2 storey town house in a difficult to access site, which had been the subject of a lengthy insurance claim due to water damage and soil movement.

The building had been uninhabited for 7 years and was in a state of disrepair that required a total refurbishment and repair of many structural issues.  A number of builders were invited to quote, but declined due to the poor state of the structure.

Not only did the team rectify the damage to the roof and ceilings, walls and floors (internally and externally) but they also transformed the house to better than when it was new.

Every floor was covered with either tiles or carpet. A new kitchen with stone bench tops and European appliances was installed. All wet areas, including a full bathroom, ensuite, powder room and laundry were redone, which included stone bench tops and new tapware.  The job was done at the height of the pandemic when it was difficult to get trades and supplies.  Ben managed everything, coordinating trades and making sure that work was done properly.  Particularly impressive was that Ben managed external trades and would not let them get away with sub-standard work.  In our case, a full concrete pour of the back yard paths and patio area was ripped up and re-done at no cost to us.

Ben was also flexible by allowing us to change some previously signed off design decisions and we ended up with around 6 variations that ensured the end results was what we wanted.

We are grateful for the professionalism and diligence that Ben and the team demonstrated in helping us to get this difficult issue resolved and we are both pleased and proud of the end result, which was an unrecognisable transformation of our property.
