We understand the importance and individuality of your project, and we endeavor to make your building experience an enjoyable one. We use quality trade and materials from project to project assuring the outcome of each project is of high-quality workmanship, and provides a great customer experience. We ensure that we keep up to date with materials that give you optimal serviceability.

Ben

Director
  • Registered Builder for Domestic and Commercial construction
  • Certified Passive House Tradesman
  • Over 15 years in the construction industry across all facets including, industrial, commercial, residential and even mine site infrastructure has given our Director and enormously rounded experience set to tackle any architectural project.
  • Has overseen the construction of over $40million work of residential new builds in apartments and town homes as Site Manager.
  • Rounded out a career working for one of Australia’s largest builder’s investigating warranty claims and developing cost effective repair methodologies.
  • Undertakes defect inspection and reporting for VCAT disputes between owners and builders as an Independent Building Expert.
  • Extensive experience in structural defect works and investigation gives our company the best insight into the risks and opportunities of your project.

Sam

Construction Manager
  • Has been running a contracting business for over 15 years working for other builders and owner builder clients.
  • Qualified carpenter with extensive experience in repair methodologies.
  • While having worked with Ben as a project partner for several years, Sam joins In-Form full-time in 2023 to grow our company with added on site Quality Assurance measures to ensure that every detail and code requirement is being followed.
  • Sam’s subcontractor network is also being brought in house to ensure that we can control workmanship quality and employ and train individual tradespeople that have the required skill set to undertake higher end work and intricate detailing required for Passive House construction.
